TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Confirmed item/s or purchases is/are non-refundable or exchangeable

2. "My Plus Factor” will not be liable for any mistake, defects, damage or wrongly sent item from the merchants’ side.

3. Item’s colour may varies from pics, so please consider before deciding to purchase at your own discretion

4. Carefully select the size to avoid disappointment (do check out the measurement chart I provide in the COLUMN.)

5. Normally, colour of item/s shown in the picture might vary on different computer.

6. "My Plus Factor” will not be liable for any item/s lost during the transit of normal postage mails.

7. By PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH "My Plus Factor” , you have agreed to all of the TERMS & CONDITIONS as stated.

PROCESS OF ORDER

Step 1: Measure up yourself, confirm the item size and colour.

Step 2: Take note of the item's model no. (found on top of the measurement chart in each slide).

Step 3: Drop me an email to myplusfactor@gmail.com providing the following information:

1. Your Name :
2. Email :
3. Contact no. :
4. Collection Method: (Normal Mail/Registered Mail/Self Collection)
5. Delivery Address:
6. Item Detail:
Model no./Cost/Size/Colour/Quantity

*Pls note that for all items, check your measurement as the sizes varies from item to item.

Step 4: Upon receiving your order request, items will be sorted out and checked for availability. If items are sold out or supplier is replenishing stock, "My Plus Factor" will inform you via email.

Step 5: "My Plus Factor" will send a confirmation email with the tabulated amount to the provided email address for your confirmation.

* Pls take note that the delivery might take 2-7 weeks depending on the stock availability.

P.S.: "My Plus Factor" do not keep ex-stock thus all items' delivery time will depend on the supplier's end.
